Dear ITQ Readers, Please excuse Kady’s absence from the blog this afternoon. NEW YORK The News Tribune in Tacoma, Wash., will cut 18 of its 458 full-time employees, publisher David Zeeck announced on Wednesday. All but one will accept voluntary buyout deals. The remaining employee will be laid off.
